Health Guarantees

• New Puppy Health Guarantee:  Since we are constantly handling our puppies, we have never had a defect go unnoticed and we are always upfront with our puppy families about every little thing that might be wrong, no matter how insignificant. At your puppy's first veterinary appointment (<10 days after pickup), if a licensed veterinarian determines the puppy has a congenital condition that will affect its life as a pet, you may either return the puppy to us and receive a full refund of the purchase price as soon as the puppy is safely returned to our care, or keep the affected puppy and receive another puppy from a future litter for a fraction of the cost.

• 2-year Health Guarantee:  If your puppy develops a health condition in the first 2 years of life that will affect quality of life or lifespan, then you may receive a refund of the purchase price. This warranty includes any health issue that is widely accepted to have a genetic component (for example: hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, cardiac defects, neoplasia, organ dysfunction, severe allergies, etc).  This warranty does not include cosmetic defects or injuries that resulted from an accident. This warranty is void if the dog was spayed or neutered at less than 18 months old, or if the dog is obese.​

 We will take any dog we bred back into our care, at any time and for any reason.
Our puppies, no matter how old or how long they have been with their new humans, are entitled to a spot on our couch for their entire lifetime. If one of our puppy owners is going through a rough patch and needs a place for their dog to stay, they are welcome to hang out here for as long as needed. Every dog we bred is a piece of our family and they will be treated as such!
