FCL Health Guarantees
- New Puppy Health Guarantee: Since we are constantly handling our puppies, we have never had a defect go unnoticed and we are always upfront with our puppy families about every little thing that might be wrong, no matter how insignificant. At your puppy's first veterinary appointment (<2 weeks after pickup), if a licensed veterinarian determines the puppy has a condition that will affect its life as a pet, you will have the choice to either return the puppy for a full refund, or keep the affected puppy and receive a partial refund depending on severity or cost of correcting the issue.
- 3-year Genetic Health Guarantee: If your puppy develops a genetic condition in the first 3 years that will affect quality or quantity of life, then you will be eligible to receive a 50%-100% refund, depending on cost of treating or correcting the issue.
- This warranty includes any health issue that is widely accepted to have a genetic component (including but not limited to: bad allergies, hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, cruciate ligament disease, eye problems, etc).
- This warranty does not include conditions or injuries that resulted from an accident or the dog's environment.
- This warranty is void if the dog was spayed or neutered before 18 months of age or if the dog is obese.
ALWAYS REMEMBER: We will take any dog we bred back into our care, at any time and for any reason.
Our puppies, no matter how old or how long they have been with their new humans, always have a spot on our couch if they need it. If one of our puppy owners is going through a rough patch and needs a place for their dog to stay, they are welcome to hang out here for as long as needed. Every dog we bred is a piece of our family and they will be treated as such!
