We typically raise only a couple of litters each year, with the primary goal of retaining one or two puppies to continue and improve our breeding program. Any remaining puppies not kept for our program will be offered first to families on our waiting list.

We have provided lots of information to cover most frequently asked questions. - We receive a high volume of applications from many wonderful homes. Unfortunately, as a small breeder, we are not able to accommodate every good applicant due to the limited number of puppies we have. If you are not selected, please understand that it is not personal — we simply cannot fulfill the demand and need to be extremely selective.
If your application is approved, I will reply to your application letting you know. At that time you may be added to our waiting list. This means you will be contacted when we have a litter that aligns with the majority of your needs/preferences, and you will have the opportunity to reserve a puppy from that litter.
When a litter is confirmed via ultrasound, a number of families will be selected off of our waiting list based on how long they've been waiting and their needs/preferences. At that time, those families will be given the opportunity to reserve a spot in the litter. It is a $200 deposit to reserve.
The remainder of the purchase price needs to be paid in full by the time the puppy leaves for its new home. Please contact us for pricing: [email protected] or message @FlairCreekLabs on IG/FB.

- Deposit Policy: Please note that all deposits placed after 6/1/2025 are nonrefundable. Because we have more interested families than available puppies, a nonrefundable deposit helps ensure that those who reserve a spot are genuinely committed to welcoming a puppy from us. By placing a deposit, you are demonstrating a sincere commitment to one of our puppies, helping us manage expectations and plan responsibly for our litters.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the sale of a puppy to any individual for any reason, at any time, without the obligation to provide a detailed explanation. In the event that a deposit or down payment has been made and we subsequently decide not to proceed with the sale, the full amount of the deposit or down payment will be refunded in a timely manner.
