We are a small, intentionally limited breeding program and typically produce only one or two litters per year.

How our placement process works: 

  1. Periodically, we review applications and pre-approve families whose homes meet our standards and align with our values, and add their name & contact info to our "waiting list". 
    1. ​Being on the "waiting list" means you will be considered for future litters and contacted when there is a litter in the works. 
    2. Sometimes it takes me a while to get through my emails as I receive many applications each week. (I am especially slow at replying during our busy seasons on the farm). 
  2. ​​​When we have a litter confirmed via ultrasound scan, we send out an email to the waiting list. If the timing works for you and it is a litter you are interested in, we ask that you reply to that email within a few days to confirm interest in that particular litter. 
  3. ​When the litter is born and we know what we will have available, we select families to receive a pup from that litter. Selections are based on lifestyle, goals, and overall fit for the type of puppies that we are expecting from that litter. We do take wait time into consideration when selecting familes, but it is not the only consideration. So it is not a "first come, first served" basis. 
  4. Once you have been selected to recieve a puppy from that litter, a $500 down payment is due to reserve your spot. 
  5. ​Individual puppy matches are announced when the puppies are 7 weeks old. We place each puppy responsibly, considering lifestyle, energy level, temperament, physical traits, and the family’s goals. (Please note:  we do not allow buyers to pick their own puppy)
    1. If, for some reason, a family is not happy with their match, a refund will be issued and we will select another family for the puppy. 
  6. ​​Puppies go to their forever homes between 8-9 weeks.  Remainder of puppy price is due at pickup. Our puppies cost $3500 to new clients and $3000 to repeat clients.

Families who are inactive or no longer wish to participate, will be notified and removed from the list.  We strongly encourage families to consider multiple reputable breeders rather than relying solely on our program for a specific timeline.  This system allows us to keep our program manageable and ethical, maintain realistic expectations, focus our time and energy on raising each litter well, and make careful, unhurried placement decisions.  We truly appreciate your understanding and your interest in our dogs.​​  
​We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse sale of a puppy to any individual for any reason, at any time, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation. In the event that a down payment has been made and we subsequently decide not to proceed with the placement, the full amount of the down payment will be refunded.
